psychologist Christoph Schalk from Würzburg leads an
international advisor network and Coaches in
approximately 60 countries trained. Emphasis of its
work are organization diagnosis and organizational
development in church mechanisms and church
municipalities. Beyond that he is a scientific
advisor with the development of
organization-diagnostic procedures. |

Michael Rathgeb
Michael Rathgeb is
communication scientist and theologian. He works asc
advisor and free coach within the range
personality and organizational development. Beyond
that he is lecturer at different educational
facilities and one the joint founder of OQM
international. Honorary he is jointly responsible for the
"time-out", a service for church distanced people. |
